About Me
S2S2 Trip Leader
Ashley was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She graduated from UWT with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and has worked in the biotech field since. She is currently part of the analytical development team Outpace Bio, a smaller startup specializing in the development of advanced T-cell therapies for cancer treatment.
Her first time at VSI was as a participant on a S2S trip in 2023, she has returned every year since because how much she loved the experience. This will be her fourth S2S trip, but her first time as a trip lead—and she is incredibly excited for the opportunity.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her two dogs, taking them on walks or out on the paddleboard. She also loves traveling, hiking, diving, making ceramics, and spending time with her family and friends.
