Give to the Sea
And for those of you wondering, we are eligible to receive grants from donor advised funds.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for continuing to support the growth of Vermilion Sea Institute so we can nurture the relationships between people and desert and sea ecosystems! It would not be possible without you!

Donor Advised Funds (DAF)
Many people will opt to add funds to a DAF for a tax write-off every year. Sometimes, these funds can sit for years because of the somewhat convoluted method of accessing those funds. We partnered with Chariot, a secure DAF payment Platform, to accept these funds! Click the yellow button below to use your funds!

Check
Our donation process is fully encrypted to ensure all personal and financial information is kept safe & secure. If you’d rather, please feel free to make a check out to Vermilion Sea Institute and pop it in the mail:

Scholarship Fund
Equitable access to nature is a core value of VSI. We never want money to be the barrier to making a trip, so we have created a scholarship fund to bring the Baja experience to people who would otherwise be unable to visit.
Aventureros
This program provides science, snorkeling, English, and data collection lessons to local students, fostering stewardship values for the next generation.
Your Time
If you are interested in donating your time, i.e. volunteering, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit a letter of intent, resume, and references to [email protected]. Be specific about your vision and what particular skills you’ll bring to accomplishing that vision.
Used Equipment and Goods
We will gladly accept used items of need if you have extras to donate or simply do not need something anymore. Please reach out to us at [email protected] about the specifics of your item(s) and we’ll work with you to get it to us!
